Privacy Policy

MiniMango is a marketing and clipping agency, and we are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at minimangomarketing@gmail.com about anything in this policy, including to exercise the rights listed below.

For each visit we record the pages you view and how long you spend on them, the page that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, your device type, browser and operating system, your IP address, and the country it indicates.

We use this to understand which pages are useful and where our visitors come from. We do not use it to identify you personally, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

We set two cookies, both only for the analytics described above. One lasts 365 days and lets us tell a returning visit from a new one. The other lasts 30 minutes and groups the pages of a single visit together.

Analytics are on when you arrive, and a notice at the bottom of the page tells you so on your first visit. You can turn them off at any time: open Manage in that notice, or Cookie settings in the footer of any page, switch Analytics off and save. We then stop collecting and delete the two cookies from your browser.

We set no advertising or profiling cookies.

If you send the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you type. We use them to answer you and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement. Nothing you send through the form is used for marketing to you unless you ask us to keep you posted.

We keep enquiries for as long as they are commercially useful and then delete them. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

Analytics records are kept for up to 24 months. Contact enquiries are kept as described above.

We use a small number of providers to host this website and to handle our email. They process data only on our instructions and only so the site and our inbox work. We do not pass your data to anyone else.

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to minimangomarketing@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.

If we add anything that changes what we collect, such as an advertising pixel, an embedded player or a chat widget, we will update this page before it goes live.
